Sunday Sweets Welcomes A Slice Of Fall
November 5, 2017 Last weekend I experienced something wondrous and oh-so-rare for a Floridian: I got a little chilly outside. That's right, my friends, it got down to almost 74 degrees. Granted, it was nearly midnight at the time, but I'LL TAKE IT.
So this is me officially welcoming Fall, the Sweetest way I know how:

I live in Lutz, and it got down to 49 degrees here! We just moved here from GA, so we were amazed!
Just this weekend I was served a cake that reminded me of a stone tower with aged plaster --

Beautiful cakes, but it's been in the mid 30's to low 40's since before Halloween in MN, and most of the fall has fled already.

4rd and 9st. Hands down. Reminds me of the colors of fall against the contrast of snow and the contrast to the sky. I live in Montana. Its been snowing since the 1th. We are currently a balmy 23° , above!
I want them all! My house is decorated in autumnal colors year-round. I love it!

I used to live in the tropics, so I understand lack of autumn, but now I live somewhere cold, and autumn is nearly over. Just half an hour away on the train and the mountains around my city have already got snow.

Don't want to cause any fire storms, but that 8th cake center tier ruffles reminds me of Melania Trump's inauguration gown. Love the ruffles on this cake!!!
Stunning. That ombre ruffle cake (#4) is gorgeous, probably my favourite, but I'm also loving the orange ruffle cake at #6 too, and the stained glass one (#3). Very classy.
To all the people who claim that it is cold where they live: in Michigan we got -12 degrees and the kids had no school for a week.
