I'm pretty sure the boy in the Tootsie Pop commercial was voiced by Peter Robbins, better known for his work voicing Charlie Brown in the early Peanuts animated specials.
I have to say, those chocolate penguins look delicious haha.

Obviously a 'penquin' is a penguin with a half denture instead of a beak.
The first one is obviously birds. Not to horrid. But did you notice the one bird with his leg bent like all the pictures of ladies getting kissed? LOL.
Those penquins remind me of some birds from Aardman's Creature Comforts. They also have teeth in their beaks

Oddly enough, my mother says, "penQuins". She's always sworn that's how she was taught to spell it when she was in elementary school back in the 50's. This is the first time I've ever seen proof that anyone else pronounces it that way, too.
