February 15, 2018 My Superb Owl Sweets for Super Bowl Sunday must have been super inspirational, because look what Ashley ordered for her daughter's baby shower!

Ashley ordered it from a different baker, though, which meant there were bound to be just a few slight differences.

Wait a minute—I sniff a rodent. You said Ashley ordered that for her daughter’s birthday, yet that second cake is CLEARLY a baby shower cake, although remarkably dystopian. (It sort of reminds me of the brief flashes we get of the world after Hellboy fulfills his destiny to destroy it...) Unless the baker ALSO got the occasion wrong (which isn’t outside the realm of possibility, but methinks you’d be pointing that out), this story doesn’t add up. What gives, Jen?

Well looks like she ended up with a vampire bat. That's what it seems to be to me and I am sticking to it lol. Turning an owl into that well the wreckerators know magic. Not the good kind either lol.
Is not a baby shower cake ALSO a birthday celebration? Just celebrating it a bit early. Before the birthday girl can be visibly present. But she couldn't eat cake anyway, so I guess that's all fine.
<shrug>
But that's definitely a bat. I like bats. Especially the cute little insectivorous microbats. Flying foxes less so. More bat cakes! But not batMAN cakes. :-)
