PLAY OF THE (BAKERY) GAME

John and I play a lot of video games because we make excellent life choices, and last night was a particularly Jen kind of game. I was completely lost, fumbling around and stuck on a wall, muttering "Where am I? What room is this? WHAT IS HAPPENING?" - all in a game I've been playing for 2 years now - and John joked, "You watch, you'll get Play of the Game for this."
AND I DID.
Meaning 11 real live strangers on the internet watched an instant replay of my character walking into a wall and spinning in circles to the sound of a triumphant victory fanfare, all with my user name emblazoned onscreen in giant glowing letters.
John actually got light-headed, he laughed so hard. I had to remind him to breathe.
My point here, of course, is that brainless moments of personal embarrassment should always be witnessed - nay, celebrated - by strangers on the internet.
OH HEY LOOK:
And my personal favorite:
[plays Triumphant Victory Fanfare]
Thanks to Katherine V., Carolyn H., Mindy V., Stacy M., & Alicia F. for making me feel much better about my video game skills. And yes, to my fellow gamers looking for confirmation: it *was* Overwatch. TOR MAIN FOREVAHHHHH.

1) Happy "EOth"? Is this the celebration of some long forgotten Greek God? And what's with the oysters coming up through all the eyeballs?
2) Looks like after this Girl Scout birthday, it's all downhill from here.
3) Rocketman? This looks like a three-legged turd with a hat.
4) I didn't know upside down cakes were made this way.
5) Sorry, but the baker isn't getting any style points for this one.
Even with the error, I hope Kim Jong Un enjoyed his Pan-Wow birthday cake. I wonder if the fad has now reached North Korea?

Look! It's the return of Pan-Wow! So versatile, it can be used for clouds and a rocket ship! Pan-Wow!
Are those black olives????!!!!
I think #1 is for someone paleontologically old: It's their Eonth birthday.
E0th?? The last one though... I snorted.
I love macaroon cakes!
Please tell me they are NOT black olives on that first cake! I mean, at this point, I wouldn't put anything past a wreckorator, but really . . .
I appreciate that in writing "Happy Day Rocketman in Blue" the baker was clearly omitting something to balance out the instructions that weren't supposed to be piped.
Well that first cake what the heck is E0th? Cause that cake looks like it's staring at me. I guess I am watching too many horror movies lol.
My favourite ever video game replay moment was when my brother and his friends were playing Gran Turismo together - it replays highlights after the race and for one particular race it replayed the other two successfully going around one corner then brother flying off it into ditch, then replays another successful corner and same brother off into trees and the one that nearly killed me was a lovely slow pan of cars zooming past then a shot of my brothers upturned car in yet another ditch I swear I nearly died I could not breathe it was incredible the gme had the perfect sense of comedy timing.
Is the green frosting supposed to match the teal girl scouts logo?
