I Swear It's Only Powdered Sugar, Officer...

It's National Flirting Week, minions, and I have a few suggestions for getting the ball rolling with your new crush.
OPTION 1: The Conversation Starter
A semi-interesting factoid with just the right dash of mystery.
Guaranteed to make an impression.
OPTION 2: Get Right To The Point
"You can't HANDLE the truth!"
OPTION 3: Try Something Cute And Funny!
(By the excellent Giggle Girls Cakery)
*wink*
...unless of course your crush works in law enforcement.
Then don't do that.
Thanks to Kelly L., Steven H., & Stacy B. for the not-so-wise crack.

Is that a hand under the "huge me" heart?!??
They spelled syllable correctly. Sodomy too. Wow. ROTFLMAO at these.... cakes.
Cake#1 is beautifull. I guess if you're going for WTF! in a cake it better be flawlessly executed.
First and third nicely designed - bad phrases.
On the positive - they at least earn their keep with well decorated ones.
Whatever in all God's good green earth is "huge me" supposed to be? Looks like a misshapen cloverleaf roll that's been horribly abused. Ew. Stop Pastry Abuse!
Everything goes with waffles.
Does anyone wonder if the last wreck was supposed to be "we go together like CHICKEN and waffles" and the baker just misread the order? Because I didn't know cocaine and waffles was a thing.
What on earth.......
Yow! Nagzilla got it! It SHOULD have been "Chicken" and waffles... NOT cocaine.... Maybe just a wishful thinking on the part of the wreckorater! Hilarious!
@Nagzilla: But "chicken" doesn't explain that line of white powder on the top...
#1 and #3 are executed with excellence. I'm guessing the bakers gave the customers what they ordered.
I agree with Nagzilla (love that name, BTW :D); it was probably meant to be chicken and waffles. That is most definitely a thing. But to add the "cocaine" to the cake shows true wrecky fortitude.
Ah, "Talladega Nights." "We go together like square dancing and handguns...Chinese
food and chocolate pudding...." Love the classics!
At least the Cocaine and Waffles cake is based on a quote - Talladega Nights, anyone?
The last one is not a typo
It IS "cocaine and waffles", not chicken and waffles: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8RUO-V9BSnc
Ok, so, cocaine and waffles. Hmmmm. . . .
I recently bought an Olaf waffle maker. This cocaine thing gives a whole new meaning to "do you wanna build a snowman?" !!!
I fear the story behind this first cake. Lol oh my gosh I cannot stop laughing and wondering why on earth this cake was made.. oh man.
Have you considered the possibility that some bakers are more addicted to frosting than liking cake?
As a kid, I'd eat the frosting and leave the cake. I grew out of this, of course.. Apparently the bakers here haven't.
If you look at it as a case of Frosting Addiction, it kind of makes sense.
So glad someone explained the "Cocaine and Waffles" reference, because, otherwise, the powdered sugar (I assume!) makes no sense on waffles that already have syrup on them. That said, I LOVE that cake! Totes adorb (for those who are too important to be bothered with all of those other syllables implied therein).
Someone asked what the "HUGE ME" cake was supposed to say. I'm assuming it is a riff on a candy conversation heart ... many of them say "HUG ME".
I REALLY need to find a way to work the quote from cake #1 into casual conversation.
