December 1, 2015 Kim H. asked for a bowling themed cake for her son's birthday, but apparently the baker thought she said Boeing.*

Well, even if she didn't get what she ordered, it is at least a pretty cake, and not a wreck. Be grateful for small favours.
What's a wreck? A cake that is mis-decorated beyond all resemblance to the original. But we can't talk about that right now.

Love CakeWrecks, but can't call this one a wreck. :) I live nearing a Boeing plant also, so I would have just assumed the parents worked there (had I been the baker).

I suspect that cake was a hit. What do four-year-old know about bowling? But airplanes, yay!
The cake itself is cute, but it "shirley" has nothing to do with bowling.
As an aside, I cannot hear the song Stayin' Alive without thinking of the girl scout scene in Airplane rather than John Travolta's Saturday Night Fever. :)

I think the cake is cute even if it isn't what they ordered lol. I would hate to see a bowling wreck.. though I know I have seen a few of them before.
Honestly, I like it. Bowling seems more like a topic for older kids or bowling league adults anyway.
