What's a Wreck?

A Cake Wreck is any cake that is unintentionally sad, silly, creepy, inappropriate - you name it. A Wreck is not necessarily a poorly-made cake; it's simply one I find funny, for any of a number of reasons. Anyone who has ever smeared frosting on a baked good has made a Wreck at one time or another, so I'm not here to vilify decorators: Cake Wrecks is just about finding the funny in unexpected, sugar-filled places.

Now, don't you have a photo you want to send me? ;)

Yay!! You're coming to the Boston area. Boo!! You'll be way out in Framingham. We're going to try to make it; it would certainly be worth the drive.

Gosh, I'm really impressed by all the votes for Utah and Idaho! Who knew there were so many of us snarky cake lovers out here? :)

Here's hoping Round Two treats you better!

Come to south Alabama!!!! (Mobile area )You would get a chance to see soooooo much wreckation. There's this lady at the local Bruno's who loves to make those ridiculous dog cup cakes that look more like a ragged old mop......Atlanta is just to far ma'am! Don't make me cry. Cuz I will. Not kidding.

I agree with some of the other posters. It can't be a "world tour" without at least coming to Canada as well. And of course Calgary would be a great place to start. :)
