The others are nice, but, oh, that Rose!
I'm afraid I'm a Valentine's Day Grinch. Perhaps my shoes are too tight, or my heart is 2 sizes too small.
But hey, I love this site, it's the first place I go every day, and Epbot is second.
And the last cake, the rose, I love it!! (And I don't even like pink.)

I'm saving this post because if I ever get married, I'm using these cakes for my inspiration:)
I think that birch bark with hot pink is more amazing than writing "Love" dozens of times.
Now if this were another day, we might comment on the chevrons not matching up on cake 8 and the top layer looking a bit out of plumb and rough around the bottom....
But it is otherwise and excellent piece of workmanship.
The rose leaves me speechless.
