A Cake Wreck is any cake that is unintentionally sad, silly, creepy, inappropriate - you name it. A Wreck is not necessarily a poorly-made cake; it's simply one I find funny, for any of a number of reasons. Anyone who has ever smeared frosting on a baked good has made a Wreck at one time or another, so I'm not here to vilify decorators: Cake Wrecks is just about finding the funny in unexpected, sugar-filled places.
Now, don't you have a photo you want to send me? ;)

Well, now i know what Ms. Trunchbull looked like as a baby. Yeesh.
The last cake: No. Just. No.
Wow. Just wow. Dead baby ducks on a cake.
Okay, so while I opted not to show my 11 year old the whole post, I couldn't resist showing him the cakes that reminded me of one of his favorite youtube videos:
Cakes 3 & 4 at 1:23 in...

I'm just sayin'.
The stick man and I are totally in tune. Had the same exact reactions. Oh this is soooo funny. As for dead baby ducks on a cake. Well, you know. That's humanity for you, it's very very very diverse. One person's fall-out-of-their-chair-and-scramble-away-in-horror is another person's twisted chuckle. Whatevs.
This is surprisingly accurate, even down to how I was holding my head in my left hand when I started reading this post. :D So funny! And absolutely love the reaction to the baby cake.
In response to the last cake, I say: WTF? DUCKS? DUCKS? WHAT THE HECK IS WRONG WITH PEOPLE. I am finished.
I suspect there are fellow Imgurians here on Cake Wrecks - including (JthoJ)...
Cheers! (with a piece of cake!)
Late post, but just saw these -- I LOVE the stick-figure drawings. They depict so much emotion--fabulous!
